OUR CURRENT STATUS...
Well... it seems the restrictions are easing up. It's a good thing but let's not let it go to our heads. We still need to be vigilant.
It seems like it has been an eternity at this point. Hard to believe life has changed so much.
I hope this finds everyone healthy and not completely stir crazy.
However, I am very fortunate that I am still able to continue processing your custom orders in the most timely manner.

If you opt to call I am only able to answer your calls during the times I'm in the office but not usually when in the shop.
You see, when in the shop I am often around loud equipment which makes it very difficult to hear the phone.
If there is no answer, you MUST leave a message with your name, reason for the call and a phone number to receive a return call.
(Still to many pollution calls coming in.)
I WILL return your call as soon as I can. Overall though, it is best to use email.
AS FOR INVENTORY & PACKAGING...
All of the inventory and packaging was purchased BEFORE the outbreak of the Coronavirus and has remained its same location,
isolated from anyone other than myself since the outbreak.
AS FOR SHIPPING...
I have managed to stay on the normal building schedule, shipping custom builds in within 1-2 days, all depending on the product, day and time the order arrives.
USPS is exclusively used for shipping due to cost and speed. However, since the Pandemic has forced so many people to ship online it has put a huge burden on all
of the shipping companies... USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground, etc. It "COULD" take over 2 weeks for a Priority Mail delivery (normally 1-2 days) order to arrive.
